Deskvero™ arranges shipment to the destinations displayed as available during the ordering process.
Customers should carefully review recipient and delivery information before submitting an order.
Our usual preparation goal is one to three business days for products that are available for dispatch.
Estimated transit time begins after the parcel is transferred to the applicable delivery provider.

Delivery ranges are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival appointments. Carrier volume, weather, transportation disruption, public holidays, customs review, remote destinations, local service limitations, and other external events may affect delivery.

Items purchased together may be packed and dispatched separately when inventory is maintained at different fulfillment locations. Separate parcels may receive different tracking references and arrive on different dates.

Tracking information may require additional time to display after dispatch. A tracking record is updated by the delivery provider and may not reflect every movement in real time.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once preparation has started. Parcels returned because of incomplete information, refusal, an unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts may require a new delivery arrangement.

International deliveries may be reviewed by destination authorities and may be subject to local import rules, duties, taxes, or documentation requirements.

When tracking records a parcel as delivered but it is not immediately visible, customers should check entrances, mail areas, safe locations, household members, reception staff, building management, neighbors, and carrier notices before reporting the matter.
